Tania and Brent, the heart and vision behind Raw Wellbeing Co., founded the space out of their own journeys through health and well-being challenges. They saw the gaps—where care lacked integration, compassion, and a truly person-centered approach—and set out to create something different. At Raw Wellbeing Co., collaboration is key—not just within the space, but with other like-minded, heart-led businesses to ensure holistic, connected care for every individual who walks through the door.
As parents to two young children, Tania and Brent are passionate about instilling their values of health, flow, and intentional living in both their family and their community. Brent, a medically retired veteran with 12 years of service in the Royal Australian Air Force, brings a unique perspective to the business. In addition to Raw Wellbeing Co. he works for a company dedicating his time to supporting veterans as they navigate the often stressful journey of DVA claims and is a strong advocate for men’s mental health. While Brent may work behind the scenes, his dedication and advocacy are integral to the mission of Raw Wellbeing Co.—a space where growth, connection, and transformation come to life.

At Raw Psychology Clinic, we work with individuals ready to break free from the old narratives that have shaped their health, identity, and emotional world. Stories attached to trauma, disconnection, and systems that never truly served them. Through body-based therapy, EMDR, and schema work, we unravel those patterns and create space for deep, embodied growth.
This is whole-person therapeutic support, where emotional honesty meets nervous system repair, so clients can reclaim their power, trust their body’s wisdom, and live in alignment with the kind of health and wholeness that feels authentically theirs.
We have a community of three Registered Psychologists (Tania, Steph & Heather), one Provisional Psychologist (Erin) and Practice Manager Georgia. Focus areas include:
* Neurodivergence
* Complex Trauma

Ashleigh is a perinatal and couples counsellor who supports individuals and partners navigating the emotional complexity of relationships, parenthood, and family life. She works primarily with couples and new parents who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in repeating patterns — particularly during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Trauma is central to Ashleigh’s work. She understands how past experiences, nervous system responses, and survival patterns can shape how people relate to themselves and each other, especially during times of stress and transition. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, Ashleigh helps clients make sense of why certain reactions show up and how to create safety, understanding, and connection within their relationships.
Her style is warm, grounded, and active. Ashleigh works relationally, supporting couples to slow things down, name what’s happening beneath the surface, and make meaningful changes that translate into everyday life. She does not take sides or pathologise individuals, instead holding the relationship itself as the focus of the work.
Ashleigh offers therapy that is compassionate, practical, and deeply attuned to the realities of perinatal and relational life.
Ashleigh is in-clinic at Raw Wellbeing Co. on Saturdays. Bookings via https://evolvementalhealth.com.au/about
